Weekly Drop-in Meditation

Drop-in Meditation Instruction
Every Tuesday, we offer public group meditation instruction from 6 to 6:30 pm. This is an opportunity to learn the basic techniques of sitting meditation. You may wish to ask questions, to deepen or reconnect with your practice, or get to know others interested in meditation practice.


Every Tuesday, 6 – 6:30 pm (please arrive promptly), there is no charge.
