The 3-minute breathing space meditation is a quick and portable mini-meditation designed to help you connect with the present moment.
During the first phase, Becoming Aware, you will gently guide your attention to your inner experiences, including your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations, that are happening right now.
During the second phase, Gathering, you will redirect your attention to focus on your breath.
During the third and final phase, Expanding, you will expand your field of awareness from your breathing to include a sense of your body as a whole.
